This is a non refundable deposit and is required to book into our workshop. The deposit is required to ensure customers arrive on the date arranged and on the time slot given.
If you are unable to attend and wish to change date we require 48 hour notice.
This will be deducted from the overall bill once work has been completed on the vehicle. Overall bill to be paid in person on the day of completion of the work.
Under no circumstances will deposits be refunded if customer fails to attend on the day without contacting us 48 hours prior to booking date.
