Traditional spanners, often made from stainless steel, leave unsightly marks and scratches on the fittings. Anyone who has worked with AN fittings knows how easily they can be marked.
Our adjustable AN spanners are CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminium and designed to match the shape of AN hose ends. They are anodised with the same coating as the fittings to avoid scratches during installation.
Being made from billet aluminium, which is relatively soft, helps prevent damage to either product when the spanner and fitting surfaces meet. If you have ever assembled AN fittings and lines, you will know how much force they take to be correctly fitted; this is now not a worry with our adjustable AN spanners.
Another huge advantage of our adjustable AN spanners is that they range from AN03 to AN16, so you can use them paired with Exoracing AN vice jaws to assemble lines as small as brake lines up to full AN16 coolant systems.

Although you can use it in other applications, you are best off only using it for aluminium AN fittings. If you do not know what material you are using the spanner on, then you could cause damage, which can mark future fittings you're using it on.
