Exoracing Turbo Oil Drain Installation Guide:

Follow our step-by-step guide below to quickly and easily install your brand-new turbo drain flange. If you are unsure of any of the steps below or do not feel confident yourself, please get in touch with a professional who will install the turbo drain flange for you correctly.

1. First, ensure the turbocharger is cool to the touch to reduce the risk of burns.
2. Next, drain the oil from the system to keep oil spillage minimal.
3. Remove the oil drain line from the turbocharger and remove the existing oil drain flange using the two bolts.
4. Ensure you have removed the old gasket, and place the new flange with the gasket between the flanges.
5. Place both supplied bolts in the hole and tighten to factory specifications.
6. Connect the AN10 return fitting and tighten it to factory specification.
7. Fill the engine with the correct amount of oil and test the system for leaks.
8. Once you are happy there are no leaks run the car through a few heat cycles, then retorque the drain bolts.
