Our Exoracing donut gaskets are designed to be universal, which means they are compatible with a wide range of custom exhaust systems or can replace old gaskets. It is essential to rectify any issues with your exhaust system promptly, as driving with a leaking exhaust flange gasket can be dangerous over time and cause power loss.
Carbon monoxide can leak into the cabin, which can cause health problems and can be incredibly dangerous. Some common symptoms of a leaking gasket include a noisy exhaust, a burning smell from under the car, loss of power, slow acceleration, and increased fuel consumption.
We understand that different exhaust systems require different gasket sizes. Because of this, we offer a range of sizes from 2" to 3". This will cover most of the Honda exhausts that use a donut gasket to connect the catalytic converter to the centre pipe.

Our donut gaskets are made from graphite composite, which dissipates heat incredibly fast and lasts longer than conventional gaskets. Also, because the gaskets are generally mounted with spring bolts, the graphite allows the gasket to move slightly without breaking or becoming brittle over time.
